These terms provide website-level conditions. Signed proposals or statements of work may add project-specific terms.
Services
Any proposal, statement of work, or project order will define scope, deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and timelines.
Payments
Fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, pass-through cloud usage, third-party licences, and change requests may be charged separately.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, lawful data access, stakeholder availability, technical contacts, and timely feedback.
AI outputs
AI systems may produce probabilistic outputs. Clients remain responsible for reviewing decisions, maintaining human oversight, and validating outputs before business use.
No professional legal advice
Website content and AI recommendations are not legal, financial, medical, or regulatory advice.
Confidentiality
Both parties should protect non-public business, technical, and data information disclosed during project discussions or delivery.
Intellectual property
Ownership of pre-existing materials remains with the original owner. Project-specific rights should be defined in the relevant statement of work.
Liability limits
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, liability is limited to direct losses and excludes indirect, consequential, special, punitive, loss of profit, or loss of data claims.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the courts of Singapore unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
